The ideal candidate for such a role will be warm, friendly, outgoing, and have a strong desire to please. The right personality is very important for this opportunity, so you will need to be comfortable talking to clients from a range of different businesses and management levels. Strong communication skills are vital, both in person, over the telephone, and via the written word.
Here at Hegemonic Enterprises, we all work as part of a team, so we are looking for team players who are flexible and willing to try their hand in other areas of the business. Additional language skills and sales, marketing experience is also a big plus!
As a Hegemonic customer service advisor, you will be expected to engage with clients via telephone, email, and face-to-face. Your priority will be to resolve client issues in a friendly, helpful manner and inquiries will need to be dealt with as quickly as possible. Other aspects of the job include:
- Attending client meetings.
- Keeping up to date with current price tariffs and informing customers accordingly.
- Tracking sales.
- Updating the customer database.
- Upselling where applicable.
- Customer retention.
- New customer acquisition.
- General admin.
- Any other duties as required.
Previous experience in a customer service/sales environment is desirable, but not essential, as all relevant training will be provided to the successful candidate. The right personality and a willingness to learn are more important.
